Q Question: Identify norms in your organization. How do these norms impact your team or organization? How can you impact those or work to create new ones that may be needed?
The organizational culture most of the time includes the system of attitudes that are related to the work, values, beliefs and the norms that are present within the organization. In my organization, the norms are well maintained and as I work in a school, it has very strong and strict norms. The organization includes norms which help us to deliver correct information and also to maintain a positive human behavior.
